Refund policy
Because our products are customized and made to order, we do not accept returns or offer refunds for buyer’s remorse, change of mind, incorrect size or variant selected by the customer, or other customer preference reasons.
If there is an issue with your order, please contact us at contact@starryve.com within 30 days after delivery. We will review your case and, where appropriate, offer a replacement, remake, refund, or another reasonable solution.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order when it arrives. If your item is defective, damaged, misprinted, materially different from what you ordered, or if you received the wrong item, contact us immediately at contact@starryve.com.
To help us resolve the issue, please include:
- Your order number
- A clear description of the issue
- Photos of the item, packaging, and shipping label where applicable
If your claim is approved, we may offer a free replacement, remake, refund, or other solution at our discretion and as required by applicable law.
Made-to-Order and Personalized Products
Most Starryve products are made to order specifically for each customer. For this reason, we cannot accept returns or refunds for:
- Buyer’s remorse
- Change of mind
- Incorrect size, color, style, personalization, engraving, or variant selected by the customer
- Refusal or failure to accept delivery
- Minor color or appearance differences caused by screen settings, lighting, or product photography
This does not affect your rights if the item is defective, damaged, incorrect, or otherwise required to be remedied under applicable law.
Cancellations
Orders are sent into production quickly. If you need to request a cancellation, contact us as soon as possible at contact@starryve.com.
We cannot guarantee that a cancellation request can be approved once an order has entered production or fulfillment. If the order has already started production, it may no longer be cancellable.
Returns
Do not send any item back without contacting us first. Items returned without prior authorization will not be accepted.
If we approve a return, we will provide instructions on where and how to send the item. The return address may vary depending on the item and fulfillment location. Please do not send returns to the address on the package unless we specifically instruct responsible for return shipping costs unless otherwise required by law.
Non-Returnable Items
We do not accept returns for:
- Made-to-order or personalized products, except where defective, damaged, or incorrect
- Items that have been worn, used, altered, washed, or damaged after delivery
- Items returned without prior authorization
Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges for customer preference reasons. If you want a different item, size, color, or style, you will need to place a new order.
If you received a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, please contact us so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period
If your order is shipped into the European Union, you may have a legal right to cancel or return certain purchases within 14 days.
However, this right does not apply to goods made to your specifications or clearly personalized, where permitted by applicable law. Because many Starryve products are made to order or personalized, they may be excluded from the EU cooling-off return right.
Where the EU cooling-off right applies, the item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags if applicable, and in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Refunds
If a refund is approved, we will notify you and issue the refund to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember that your bank or credit card company may need additional time to process and post the refund.
