Most Starryve products are made to order. Please allow 2-5 business days for production and order processing beforeshipment.
After your order ships, estimated delivery times vary by destination and shipping method. Delivery estimates are not guaranteed and may be affected by carrier delays, customs processing, holidays, weather, or other circumstances outside our control.
You will receive tracking information by email when your order ships.
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address. We are not responsible for delays or failed delivery caused by incorrect or incomplete address information.
For international orders, customs duties, import taxes, VAT, brokerage fees, or other charges may apply and are the customer’s responsibility unless otherwise stated at checkout.
If your order is significantly delayed, lost in transit, damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us at contact@starryve.com with your order number and supporting photos where applicable. We will review the issue and offer a replacement, refund, or other solution where appropriate and as required by applicable law.
