Shipping policy

This Shipping Policy applies to orders placed with Starryve, operated by Yuhao Zhou, doing business as Starryve. Starryve currently ships to addresses in the United States only.

Most Starryve products are made to order. Please allow 2-5 business days for production and order processing before shipment.

After your order ships, standard delivery within the United States usually takes 5-8 business days. Delivery estimates are not guaranteed and may be affected by carrier delays, holidays, weather, high-volume periods, or other circumstances outside our control.

Shipping rates are shown at checkout before payment. We offer free standard shipping on orders over $75.

You will receive tracking information by email when your order ships. Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address. We are not responsible for delays or failed delivery caused by incorrect or incomplete address information.

If your order is significantly delayed, lost in transit, damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us at contact@starryve.com with your order number and supporting photos where applicable. We will review the issue and offer a replacement, refund, or other solution where appropriate and as required by applicable law.
